Potato and Corn Balls

4 tbls flour

2 large potatoes

1 ½ cup corn kernels

½ cup grated cheese

1 ½  tbls MA’s Thai Red Curry Paste

½ tsp MA’s Black Pepper

½ tsp MA’s Garlic Paste

Salt as required

Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Boil potatoes and cord in separate saucepans.

Step 2

Once cooked, mash potato and corn together in a medium sized bowl.

Step 3

Add grated cheese, black pepper, garlic paste, Thai Red Curry Paste and salt. Mix well. 

Step 4

Add flour and mix again.

Step 5

Make small sized balls from the mashed mixture of corn and potatoes (If the mixture is sticky, dust your hands with a little flour).

Step 6

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the corn balls onmedium heat until they turn golden brown.
