Grilled Chicken with a Mexican Salad

Grilled Chicken

10 skinless chicken drumsticks

2 tbls Cajun Seasoning

1 tsp MA’s Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp minced onion

1/2 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste

1/4 tsp MA’s Black Pepper

 

Mexican Salad

5 large Lettuce leaves, rinsed, chopped

4 tomatoes, diced.

2 avocado, diced

2 Japanese cucumber, diced

2 onion, thinly sliced

½ cup boiled corn kernels

Handfull of fresh cilantro

2 tbls olive oil

4 tbls MA’s Garlic & Chilli Sauce

Juice of one lime

Salt to taste

½ MA’s Pepper Powder

Grilled Chicken

Step 1

In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. 

Step 2

Allow the chicken to marinate for 2 hours. 

Step 3

Grill until cooked through *Use this marinade on any type of meat/seafood

 

Mexican Salad

Step 1

In a large bowl mix the vegetables together.
