Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, finely sliced
1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Thai Red Curry paste
1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Garlic Paste
300g cleaned prawns
Sauce
1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Tamarind Paste
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp MA’s Kitchen chilli flakes
(or 2 tbls Dad’s Garden Garlic & Chilli Sauce)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves.
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add the onion.
Step 2
Saute for 1 minute then add MA's Kitchen Garlic Paste, MA's Kitchen Thai Red Curry Paste and prawns.
Step 3
Continue to saute until prawns are almost cooked.
Step 4
Add sauce ingredients and continue to saute over a high heat until prawns are fully cooked and sauce is smooth.
Step 5
Adjust salt to taste, balance flavour with lime.
Step 6
Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
