Fire Cracker Meat Ball


400g minced chicken

50g bread crumbs

1 egg

1 tbsp onion minced

1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste

½ tsp salt

½ tsp MA’s Pepper Powder

Oil for deep frying

Sesame seeds and chopped spring onion to sprinkle 



50g brown sugar

½ cup Dad’s Garden Chilli Pineapple sauce

2 tbIs White vinegar

1 tsp MA’s Chilli Pieces



Step 1

Add all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well with hands. Mix well.

Step 2

Make balls of desired size and deep fry over a medium heat until golden brown.

Step 3

Remove meatballs from oil and coat with sauce.

Step 4

Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds and serve warm.



Step 1

In a medium saucepan, add all of the sauce ingredients. Stir and bring to boil. 

Step 2

Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
