Beetroot Tzatziki

1 heaped tsp MA’s Garlic Paste

150g cooked beetroot, peeled & grated

30g curd

½ tsp lime juice

½ tsp olive oil

½ tsp salt 

Step 1

Gently squeeze excess liquid from the beetroot.

Step 2

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Serve with baked pita bread, for a variation gently spread a thin layer of butter and oil over the pita bread before baking.
