Banana Choc Chip Cake

125g butter

3/4 cup Sugar

2 eggs

3 large bananas, mashed

1 1/2 cups MA's flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/8 cup MA's Coconut MIlk  

1 tsp MA's Organic Cinnamon Powder

1/2 cup choc chips or cooking chocolate cut into chunks

Step 1

Cream together the butter and the sugar.

Step 2

Mix in eggs and banana.

Step 3

Sift in flour & baking powder.

Step 4

Add the milk and stir through chocolate chips until combined.

Step 5

Place in a greased cake tin and bake in a 180°C oven for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean and when the top is slightly pressed it springs back to original position.
