Hot Chicken Curry

400g chicken, cubed

1 1/2 tbls MA's Jaffna Curry Powder

1 1/2 cup water

1 cup MA's Coconut Milk

1/4 tsp MA's Mustard Seeds

1 sprig of curry leaves

1 onions, chopped




Step 1

Marinate chicken with the curry powder for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in pan and add the mustard seeds.

Step 3

Once it start to pop saute the onions, curry leaves and chicken. 

Step 4

Add the water and after 2 minutes add in the coconut milk and let simmer.

Step 5

Adjust salt and serve.
