Ingredients
1 tsp butter
100g chicken, minced
1 heap tsp MA's Kitchen Thai Red Curry Paste
5 tbls MA's Kitchen Coconut Milk
3-4 lettuce leaves, cleaned
2-inch fresh ginger, strips
1 small carrot, strips
1/2 cucumber, strips
A pinch of salt
Dad's Garden Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Heat butter in a pan and cook the minced chicken with coconut milk.
Step 2
Adjust salt and keep it aside.
Step 3
Place little amount of chicken in a lettuce leaf topped with carrots, ginger, and cucumber strips.
Step 4
Serve drizzled with Dad's Garden Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
