Thai Red Chicken

Ingredients:

250g chicken, thinly sliced

40g MA's Thai Red Curry Paste

1 tbls oil

1 onion, chopped

200ml MA's Coconut Milk

100ml water

Few coriander leaves, chopped

 

Steps:

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft.

2. Add curry paste, coconut milk, water and bring to boil.

3. Now add chicken and cook well.

4. Sprinkle with coriander, adjust salt to taste before serving.
