Thai Red Chicken

Ingredients
250g chicken, thinly sliced
40g MA's Kitchen Thai Red Curry Paste
1 tbls oil
1 onion, chopped
200ml MA's Kitchen Coconut Milk
100ml water
Few coriander leaves, chopped
 
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft.
Step 2
Add curry paste, coconut milk, water and bring to boil.
Step 3
Now add chicken and cook well.
Step 4
4. Sprinkle with coriander, adjust salt to taste before serving.
