Jaffna Fish Curry


250g onion, cubed

1 onion, sliced

25g MA’s Jaffna Curry Paste

1 sprig of curry leaves

½ cup MA’s Coconut Milk

1 ½ water

1 tsp MA’s Jaffna Curry Powder

1 tbls oil

Salt to taste



1. Marinate the fish with the curry paste and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onions and curry leaves.

3. Add the fish and curry powder with 1 cup of water.

4. After about 3 minutes, add the remainder of the water and coconut milk and cook well.

5. Adjust salt to taste before serving.
