Kathurumurunga and Sprat Fry


1 bundle kathurumurunga

2 onions, sliced

3 dry chillies, chopped

50g dry sprats

1 tsp MA’s Chilli Pieces

1 tbls oil

Pinch of salt




1. Deep fry the sprats and take the kathurumurunga leaves off the stems.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and dry chillies.

3. Add Kathurumurunga leaves and cook for 2 minutes with a pinch of salt.

4. Now add chilli pieces and mix well and take off from the heat.

5. Mix the sprats and serve.
