50g popcorn kernels
100 g New Beginnings Peanut Butter
1. Pop the popcorn.
2. Mix honey, sugar, butter and peanut butter in a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Once the mixture begins to bubble, remove from the heat.
3. Toss the popcorn in the honey mixture until it is evenly coated.
4. Serve immediately. If you are planning on eating later, place spread out on tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Store in an air tight container and eat within 24hrs.
