Peanut Butter Sago Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup 2/3 milk 

1/3 cup sago

2 tbls peanut butter

 

Steps:

1.     Mix 1 cup of milk and sago in a bowl, allow it to soak for 30 minutes. 

2.     Mix the peanut butter and the 2/3 cup of remaining milk on the stove. 

3.     Heat and whisk to evenly disperse the peanut butter. 

4.     Add the sago, salt and a little vanilla is desired and heat until the sago is fully cooked. 

5.     Serve warm
