Ingredients:
300g Pepper Valley Lingus, sliced
300g brinjals
6 green chillies
20 red onions
Oil for frying
1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Happy Home Date Chutney
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp MA’s Mustard Paste
1 cup water
Steps:
1. Thaw and fry the sliced lingus in a little oil.
2. Cube the eggplant, green chili, Red onions & deep fry
3. Heat oil in pan fry up some curry leaf & add all the vegetables and lingus
4. Add chilli powder, date chutney, vinegar & mustard paste
