Potato Cheese Curry


1kg potatoes

25g New Beginnings Palai Cheese + extra for top

1 cup milk

1 cup MA’s Kitchen Coconut Milk

2 tsp MA’s Unroasted Curry powder

2 sprigs curry leaves

1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Turmeric Paste  

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 tbs butter

Spring onions for garnishing




1. Boil and cube the potato

2. Grate cheese and keep aside.

3. Heat butter in a pan and fry curry leaf, onions, garlic, curry powder and turmeric.

4. Add potato and sauté

5. Add the coconut milk and milk and simmer for 5 minutes

6. Stir in the potato and sprinkle with extra cheese and chopped spring onion.
