Chicken Tom Kha Soup

Ingredients:

1 tbs butter

100g Pepper Valley Chicken mince or breast chopped into small pieces

1 Pack Happy Home Tom Kha Soup

300ml Milk

300ml MA’s Coconut Milk

½ lime juiced

2 tsp New Beginnings Sesame oil

½ large onion, thinly sliced

Coriander leaf chopped for garnish

 

Steps:

1. Heat butter in pan

2. Sauté onions and chicken until cooked

3. Add the Happy Home Tom Kha Soup and mix.

4. Add the milk and Coconut milk. Bring to a simmer for 4 minutes.

5. Adjust salt & serve steaming hot garnished with chopped coriander leaf
