Grilled Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
500g Pepper Valley Skews (20 Numbers)
3 tbls New Beginnings Crunchy Peanut Butter
300ml MA’s Kitchen Coconut Milk
40g MA’s Kitchen Thai Red Curry Paste

Step 1
Thaw the Skewers
Step 2
Simply heat a skillet and grill or place in hot oven
step 3
For the sauce, mix peanut butter, coconut milk and Thai red curry paste in a pan.
Step 4
Once simmering, adjust salt/sugar.
Step 5
Serve over the skewers.
