Grilled Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

500g Pepper Valley Skews (20 Numbers)

3 tbls New Beginnings Crunchy Peanut Butter

300ml MA’s Coconut Milk

40g MA’s Kitchen Thai Red Curry Paste

 

 

Steps:

1. Thaw the Skewers

2. Simply heat a skillet and grill or place in hot oven

3. For the sauce, mix peanut butter, coconut milk and Thai red curry paste in a pan.

4. Once simmering, adjust salt/sugar.

5. Serve over the skewers.
