Grilled Sausage & Cabbage


300g Pepper Valley Golden Sausage

1 tbs oil

500g cabbage

4 cloves of garlic

1 onion sliced.

2 tbs Dads Garden Chili Pineapple Sauce

1 tbs Dad’s Garden Worcestershire sauce




1. Grill one pack of Golden sausages in a pan and put aside.

2. In the same pan, add oil and fry sliced onions & garlic until brown.

3. Add thinly sliced cabbage and sauté with the sauce.

4. Serve sausage on a bed of sautéed cabbage

5. Adjust salt and serve.
