Baked Avocado Custard

1 ripe avocado

5 eggs

250g jaggery, grated

200ml MA’s Classic Coconut Milk

¼ tsp MA’s Cinnamon Powder

¼ tsp MA’s Nutmeg Powder

½ tsp MA’s Cardmom Powder

 

 

1. Mash avocado and press through a sieve.

2. Mix all ingredients together.

3. Place in a greased overproof dish or small ramekins

4. Place on an oven tray filled with 1.5 cm water and cook for 30 minutes or until set at 180C.
