Biriyani (using MA's Indian Biriyani Paste)


4 tbsp ghee

1 large onion chopped

2 tomatoes chopped, bunch of coriander leaves chopped

250g chicken cubed

100g curd

50g MA’S Biriyani Paste

500g basmathi rice


Traditional Method

1. Heat ghee and sauté the vegetables, chicken, curd and MA’S Biriyani Paste for 3 minutes.

2. Put washed and cleaned rice into a rice cooker or large pan, pour in the mixture and gently add required water and cook until rice is done.

3. Mix well before serving.

Quick Method

1. For a simple & quick alternative continue step 1 until chicken is fully cooked. Add pre- cooked rice and mix well.
