Ingredients:
500g cubed chicken
60g MA’s Hot Curry Paste
1 tbsp oil
1 big onion sliced
75ml MA’s Coconut Milk
125ml water.
Steps:
1. Marinate chicken with MA’S Hot Curry Paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion.
3. Add chicken and sauté until the chicken becomes slightly brown.
4. Add MA’s Coconut Milk and water.
5. Mix well and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
