Ingredients:
300g fish
60g MA's Jaffna Curry Paste
1 tbsp oil/ghee
1 large onion, chopped
200ml MA's Coconut Milk
100ml water
Steps:
1. Marinate fish in the MA's Jaffna Curry Paste
2. Heat oil/ghee in a pan.
3. Sauté onions until soft.
4. Add the fish and sauté for a few minutes.
5. Add MA's Coconut Milk and water. Mix well.
6. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked through.
7. Adjust salt to taste and serve.
