Tandoori Potatoes

500g Large Potatoes
3 tbs Curd/plain yoghurt
1 ½ tsp MA’s Tandoori Masala


Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into large disks, about 1-1.5 cm in height or if you prefer you could cut into wedges.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes until just tender. Don’t over boil.
Step 3
Mix the tandoori powder and curd & toss the potatoes in the mixture.
Step 4
Place on a skewer and grill.
Tastes great served with Biriyani and as a side dish for a BBQ.
