Tandoori Potatoes


500g Large Potatoes

3 tbs Curd/plain yoghurt

1 ½ tsp MA’s Tandoori Masala



Peel the potatoes and cut into large disks, about 1-1.5 cm in height. Or if you prefer you could cut into wedges.

Boil the potatoes until just tender. Don’t over boil.

Mix the tandoori powder and curd & toss the potatoes in the mixture.

Place on a skewer and grill.

Tastes great served with Biriyani and as a side dish for a BBQ.
