Egg Toast


1 tbls butter

3 eggs

4 slices of bread

1 tbls MA’s Yellow Mustard

½ cup grated cheese

2 tbls onion leaves, chopped finely

½ tsp MA’s Crushed Pepper

Butter for spreading on bread



  1. Mix eggs, mustard, cheese, crushed pepper and onion in a bowl.
  2. Spread butter over both side of the bread & cut out a shape from the bread using a cutter.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, place bread and fill void with egg mixture.
  4. Cook until just set and flip, cook for 2 minutes and serve. Make sure the egg is slightly set before flipping or it will spill.
