3 tbls oil
400g boneless chicken cut into pieces, season with salt and pepper &toss in 3 tbls flour (Corn orgram flour is best)
160g MA’S Sweet & Sour Wok Sauce
3 onions cut into wedges
250g vegetables- we recommend bell peppers,carrots & capsicum.
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken. Stir and cook until the chicken is lightly brown. Remove and put aside.
To the same pan, add the onion wedges and all the other vegetables. Saute for around 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked, but still firm.
Turn off the heat & add the chicken and the MA’S Sweet & Sour Wok Sauce to the hot pan. Mix well, adjust salt to taste and add a little chilli powder if desired. Serve with rice or noodles.
Tip : Chicken can be replaced with seafood, tofu or any other meat. We also like to add tomato & pineapple alongside the vegetables.
