Ingredients
3 tablespoons cooking oil
400g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper, coated in 3 tablespoons corn flour
160g MA's Kitchen Sweet & Sour Wok Sauce
3 onions, cut into wedges
250g mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and capsicum)
Rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions
Step 1
Toss chicken pieces in corn flour after seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add onion wedges and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 4
Return cooked chicken to the pan. Pour in MA's Kitchen Sweet & Sour Wok Sauce and stir to coat evenly. Adjust seasoning with salt and a touch of chili powder if desired.
Step 5
Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
