Ingredients
3 tablespoons oil
400g boneless chicken, cut into pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper, (Optional- coat in 3 tablespoons corn flour)
300g vegetables (we recommend 1 red bell pepper, 50g broccoli & 1 carrot- sliced)
1 onion cut into wedges
160g MA's Kitchen Soy Ginger Wok Sauce
Noodles (for serving)
Sliced onion leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1
Toss chicken pieces in Corn flour after seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, stir-fry sliced bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, onion, and garlic until tender but still crisp (3-4 minutes).
Step 4
Return cooked chicken to the pan. Pour in MA's Kitchen Soy Ginger Wok Sauce and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through and coated in sauce.
Step 5
Serve hot with steamed noodles. Garnish with sliced onion leaves for a fresh flavour.
