Soy Ginger Chicken stir fry

3 tbls oil

400g boneless chicken cut into pieces, season with salt and pepper & toss in 3 tbls flour (Corn or gram flour is best)

300g vegetables- we recommend broccoli, pak choy, bell pepper, carrot

160g MA’S Soy Ginger Wok Sauce


Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken to the pan. Stir and cook until the chicken is lightly brown. Remove and put aside.

Step 2

Add vegetables to the pan and sauté until they are cooked but still firm.

Step 3

 Place the chicken back to the pan and add the MA’S Soy Ginger Wok Sauce. Mix well, adjust salt & serve with rice or noodles.

Step 4

Tip : Chicken can be replaced with seafood, tofu or any other meat.
