Pepper Chicken

2 tbls oil

350g boneless chicken, cubed & seasoned with salt & pepper

6 capsicums, sliced

4 onions cut into wedges

160g MA’S Pepper Wok Sauce


Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and saute the seasoned chicken.

Step 2

When the chicken is just cooked add the onions and capsicums and continue to saute for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the MA’S Pepper Wok Sauce and mix well for 1 minute.

Tip : Serve as a bite or with hot white rice and enjoy. Chicken can be replaced with seafood, beef, tofu, or other meat.
