Pepper Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients 
2 tbsp oil 
350g boneless chicken, cubed and seasoned with salt & pepper 
6 capsicums, sliced 
4 onions, cut into wedges 
160g MA's Kitchen Pepper Wok Sauce 
 
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. 
Step 2
Sauté the seasoned chicken in heated oil and cook until the chicken is just cooked through. 
Step 3
Add the sliced capsicums and onion wedges to the pan and continue to sauté for an additional 3 minutes. 
Step 4
Pour in the MA'S Pepper Wok Sauce and mix well and cook for 1 minute. 
 
Serving Suggestions
Serve the Pepper Chicken as a bite or with hot white rice and enjoy. 
For a variation serve with a half-boiled egg and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, and basil leaves before serving.
