2 tbls oil
400g boneless chicken cut into pieces & seasoned with salt and pepper
160g MA’S Hot Garlic Wok Sauce
6 dried red chillies, chopped
150g green onions, Chopped
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken. Stir and cook until the chicken is lightly brown.
Add the dried red chillies, MA’S Hot Garlic Wok Sauce and continue to saute for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onions & serve.
Tip : Serve as a bite or delicious with fried rice made with MA’S Fried Rice Seasoning. Turn this recipe into a stir fry by reducing the chicken quantity to 300g and adding 250g of stir fry vegetables. Chicken can be replaced with seafood, tofu or any other meat. To give extra texture to your dish, toss the chicken in 3 tbls of flour before cooking (corn or gram flour is best).
