2 tbls oil
300g vegetables, thinly sliced
2 eggs
500g frozen kottu or chopped godamba roti or paratha
160g MA’S Kottu Wok Sauce
Heat oil in a pan and add the
vegetables.
Make a space in the center and add beaten eggs. Stir every 30 seconds until just cooked.
Add the kottu and the MA’S Kottu Wok Sauce and cook for 5 minutes or until kottu is cooked through.
