Ingredients
For the Chicken Meatballs
500g ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Sauce
1/2 cup (120g) MA's Kitchen Hot Garlic Wok Sauce
4 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup water or chicken stock
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then shape into approximately 1-inch meatballs.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs in batches until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add MA's Kitchen Hot Garlic Wok Sauce, honey, and water. Stir to combine, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
