Soy Ginger Chicken Skewers

This vibrant and flavorful dish is a perfect blend of sweet, savory, and tangy. The tender chicken is marinated in a zesty soy ginger sauce, then grilled to perfection. Serve with a fresh salad for a light and refreshing meal. 
 
Ingredients 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes 
160g MA's Kitchen Soy Ginger Wok Sauce 
3 tablespoons oil 
3 cloves garlic, minced 
1 lemongrass stalk, finely chopped 
1 tablespoon honey  
Salt and pepper to taste 
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional) 
Lime wedges for serving 
Barbecue sticks 
 
Instructions 
Step 1
In a bowl, combine MA's Kitchen Soy Ginger Wok Sauce, oil, minced garlic, chopped lemongrass, honey, salt, and pepper. 
Step 2
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight. 
Step 3
Thread the marinated chicken onto barbecue sticks. 
Step 4
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. 
Step 5
Serve the chicken skewers hot with a fresh salad and a squeeze of lime. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
