Classic Pizza (Veg)

Easily create a delicious pizza with Pasta Roma Pasta Sauce mixed with pureed tomatoes- a classic pizza sauce combination.  Pasta sauce is not just for pasta! 

1 Premade plain pizza base (or you can use this recipe to make your own) 
2 tbs Pasta Roma Garlic Pasta Sauce  
2 tbs pureed fresh tomato  
1 tsp sugar 
1 Cup of grated New Beginnings Cheese  
1 Onion, sliced   
2 Tomatoes 
Step 1
Mix Pasta Roma Garlic Pasta sauce with pureed fresh tomato & sugar in a small bowl and spread evenly on the pizza base.
Step 2
Top with half the grated New Beginnings Cheese, mushrooms, onion, and tomato. 
Step 3
Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
Step 4
Place in a 200oC preheated oven for 7- 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown. If you have used uncooked pizza base, you will have to cook it for a further 3-5 minutes depending on how thick you have made the base. 
Be adventurous and add your own combinations of toppings, just remember the more toppings the longer the pizza will take to cook.
