Ingredients
500g self-rising flour
250g curd
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
Pinch of Tex-Mex seasoning
Salt to taste

Step 01
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, curd, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Lightly flour a working surface. Transfer the dough to the floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into a round shape.

Heat a non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Place a naan in the pan and cook for 3 minutes on one side, or until bubbles appear. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining naan.

Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it melts. Stir in the garlic and remove from heat.
Step 05
Brush the cooked naan with the garlic butter and sprinkle with Tex-Mex seasoning. Serve immediately.
