Tex Mex Layer Salad

Ingredients 
1 head of lettuce, chopped 
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (or normal tomatoes) 
½ cup red cabbage, shredded  
½ cup cooked Tex Mex minced Chicken - Recipe here
½ cup corn 
¼ cup New Beginning’s Cheese, grated 
 
Instructions 
Step 01
In a large serving bowl or glass jar, layer the chopped lettuce, Tex-Mex chicken, corn, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, and shredded cheese in any order. 
Step 02
Pour your preferred yogurt-based dressing over the layered ingredients. 
Step 03
Gently toss to combine the ingredients and serve immediately. 
 
Pro Tip 
Add a pinch of Tex Mex seasoning or a dollop of hot sauce to the dressing for spicier kick.
