Spicy Pittu

Transform your traditional Pittu into a vibrant and flavourful dish with our MA's Kitchen Spicy Rice Seasoning Cube. It’s the perfect way to add a delightful kick! 
 
Ingredients
20g margarine 
1 tsp finely chopped garlic 
1 tsp finely chopped ginger 
½ chopped tomato 
A sprig of curry leaves 
1 sliced onion 
2 chopped green chilies 
150g rice flour 
100g scraped coconut 
100ml water 
 
Instructions 
Step 01
Heat the margarine in a pan. 
Step 02
Add ginger, garlic, curry leaves, onion, green chilies, tomatoes and the MA's Kitchen Spicy Rice Seasoning Cube. Sauté until fragrant. 
Step 03
In a bowl, combine the rice flour, scraped coconut, and the tempered mixture. 
Step 04
Gradually drizzle water into the mix, stirring well, until you form a loose, semi-dry, crumbly mixture. 
Step 05
Fill this mixture into a pittu maker and steam until cooked through.
