	Ingredients
	20g margarine 
	½ tsp mustard seeds 
	1 dried chili, chopped 
	1 sprig of curry leaves (Optional) 
	½ onion, sliced 
	½ tomato, cubed 
	400ml water 
	 
	Instructions 
	Step 01
	Heat the margarine in a pan. 
	Step 02
	Add mustard seeds, chopped dried chili, curry leaves, sliced onion, and cubed tomato. Sauté until fragrant. 
	Step 03
	Add water and mix well. 
	Step 04
	Stir in the MA's Kitchen Rasam Cube and allow the soup to simmer gently for 5–10 minutes. 
	Step 05
	Serve hot and enjoy!
