Traditional Meat Curry

Craving a rich, aromatic meat curry? Our MA's Kitchen Meat Curry Cubes make it incredibly easy to achieve authentic, slow-cooked flavour in your chicken, beef, pork, or mutton dishes. 
 
Ingredients
300g chicken/beef/pork or mutton, cubed 
3 tbsp oil 
½ tsp mustard seeds 
1 sprig of curry leaves 
2 dried chilies, chopped 
1 onion, sliced 
½ tomato, cubed 
250ml thick coconut milk 
400ml water 
 
Instructions
Step 01 
In a bowl, marinate your chosen meat (chicken, beef, pork, or mutton) with 2 MA’s Kitchen Meat Curry Cubes. Ensure the meat is well coated. 
Step 02
Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped dried chilies, sautéing briefly. Then add the sliced onion and cubed tomato, cooking until softened. 
Step 03
Add the marinated meat and thick coconut milk to the pan. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. 
Step 04
Once the curry has thickened and is almost dry, add the water. Stir thoroughly, making sure to incorporate any dry spices from the bottom of the pan into the liquid. Continue to simmer until the meat is tender and the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
