Pol Sambol

130g fresh coconut, grated
20g green chili, chopped finely
20g onions, chopped finely
3 tsp MA’s Chilli Pieces
3-4  tsp MA’s Chilli Powder
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1 lime, juiced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1

Mix grated coconut, green chili, garlic, onion and chili.

Step 2

Add lime, salt & pepper to your taste preferences and mix well. For those of you who haven’t made or tasted this before the juice of 1 small lime, 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cracked pepper should be a good guide.
