Red Fish Curry

500g cubed fish
60g MA’S Red Curry Paste
01 tbsp oil
01 big onion sliced
75ml MA’S Coconut Milk
125ml water

Step 1

Marinade the fish with MA’S Red Curry Paste .

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan saute the onion.

Step 3

Add the fish and saute until the fish is brown.

Step 4

Add the MA’S Coconut Milk and water.

Step 5

Mix well and cook until the fish is done.
