20 string hoppers, crumbled
1 onion, sliced
50g carrot, shredded
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 tsp MA’s Unroasted Curry Powder/ MHLK Org. Unroasted Curry Powder
1/4 cup MA’s Coconut Milk
1 tsp MA’s Chicken Stock Powder
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, curry leaves and carrots.
2. Add curry powder and mix well.
3. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken stock.
4. Mix in the string hoppers.
5. Adjust salt and serve.
