Fish Cakes

Ingredients
250g white fish fillet
1 1/2 tsp MA’s Kitchen Thai Red Curry Paste
1 egg
1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Garlic Paste
1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
2 spring onions, chopped
Flour to season and fry
 
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the fish, remove the bones and mash with a fork.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients with fish except flour.
Step 3
Roll into a patty shape and dust in flour and shallow fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
Step 4
Serve warm with coconut yogurt dip.
