500g cooked rice
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste
½ tsp MA’s Ginger Paste
3 Spring onion bulbs, sliced
200g pineapple cubed
25g MA’s Fried Rice Mix
3 tbsp. Dad’s Garden Chilli Pineapple Sauce
2 tbsp. Water
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic, ginger & spring onion. Saute for 2 minutes
Step 2
Add pineapple and continue to sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the fried rice mix, pineapple sauce and water and stir until combined.
Step 4
Add rice, mix until evenly coated and rice is heated through.
Tastes great with chicken skewers and peanut sauce.
