Chicken Satay Salad with MA's Sesame Dressing

150g spinach leaves
300g butternut squash, cubed and grilled
2 large tomatoes, sliced
150g cucumber, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
12 olives (optional)
8 Chicken/Beef/Pork/Mutton skewers
(We recommend PepperValley Satays)
MA’s Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
75g MA’s Sesame Salad Dressing


Step 1

On a large flat plate, place spinach leaves, grilled butternut squash, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives and top with grilled satay skewers.Step 2

Step 2

Sprinkle with pepper powder and salt to taste.

Step 3

Top with MA’s Sesame Salad Dressing and serve.
