350g Chicken mince
1 tsp MA’s Garlic paste
1 tsp MA’s Ginger paste
1 tsp MA’s Devilled paste
2 tbsp. coriander leaves, finely chopped.
1 ½ tsp lemongrass, chopped finely.
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 egg
6 Lemongrass stalks
Step 1
Add all ingredients except lemongrass sticks into a food processor and process until combined.
Step 2
Roll into an oblong shape and thread through lemongrass stalks.
Step 3
Heat over a grill and serve with Dad's Garden Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
