Rasakate Kottu

1 egg

25g carrots cut 

25g chopped onion

150g cooked meat of your choice

1 Rasakate Kottu Seasoning cube

2 rotti's chopped 

salt to taste 

Step 1

In a pan saute eggs. carrot, onions and cooked meat.

Step 2

Add in Kottu Seasoning cube and 2-3 spoons of water. 

Step 3

Add rotti and mix well. Adjust salt if necessary. Enjoy 

Tip : Rotti can be substituted with string hoppers or rice
