Colombo Chicken Curry

500g Chicken, cut into serving sized pieces

60g MA's Chicken curry paste 

2 tbsp oil

2 large onions sliced 

100ml MA's coconut milk

100ml water

Step 1

Marinate chicken in the curry paste

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion

Step 3

Add chicken and stir until evenly browned

Step 4

Add coconut milk and water; simmer for 10 minutes and adjust salt to taste. 

Tip : For a more authentic curry at step 2, saute curry leaves, 1tsp black mustard seeds and 4 chopped dried chillies.
