Bolognese Baked Potatoes

Use your bolognese sauce to create a delicious baked potato. Topped with melted cheese, this baked potato combo will be your new favourite. The star of the dish Bolognese sauce made with Pasta Roma Pasta Sauce; just one jar for endless recipe possibilities! 
4 Large potatoes, washed  
1 Cup of Bolognese Sauce
1 Cup of New Beginnings cheese, grated
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pierce the potatoes with a fork and place potatoes on a baking tray and bake for 50 minutes or until soft when inserting a skewer. 
Step 2
Remove potatoes from the oven. Cut lengthways into each potato to open. Add Bolognese sauce and top with grated cheese. 
Step 3
Place in a baking tray and bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
