Bolognese Spaghetti Muffins

Perfect for snacks and lunch boxes. The delicious flavour of these delicious cups comes directly from the Pasta Roma Pasta Sauce- just one jar for endless recipe possibilities! 

 
Ingredients 
2 Cup of Spaghetti (Boiled)  
2 Cup Bolognese  
2 Eggs 
1 Cup New Beginnings cheese, grated 
Oil to coat tray 
 
Instructions 
Step 1
Grease the tray with oil and preheat the oven to 180C.  
Step 2
Mix spaghetti, Bolognese, eggs, and cheese in a large mixing bowl. 
Step 3
Fill the tray until the mixture reaches the top. If you have sauce remaining in the bowl scoop this over the top of the muffins.  
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oven for around 15 minutes. 
Step 5
Allow to cool before using a spatula to loosen the edges and remove from the tray.
