Sri Lankan Crab Curry

Ingredients:

400g cleaned crab

50g MA’s Hot Curry Paste

2 tbls oil

2 large onion, sliced

300ml MA’s Coconut Milk

200ml water

 

Steps:

1. Marinate crab in curry paste.

2. Heat oil in a pan.

3. Add in the onion and sauté until translucent.

4. Add marinated crab & mix briskly.

5. Add the coconut milk and water, simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Adjust salt to taste.
