Chapathi

Ingredients:

250g atta flour

3 tsp oil

1 cup water ( add more if required )

Salt

 

Steps:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead for 5-10 minutes.

2. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.

3. Roll one ball of dough into a circle and place it on a greased pan until lightly browned. Brush uncooked side with ghee / butter and turn over and cook until browned.
